Users typically schedule sessions in advance and might have to book sessions at a time that might not be their first choice. etutorhome.com has the right to place temporary restrictions on usage during peak hours or with certain tutors to ensure equitable availability of sessions to all customers. etutorhome.com reserves the right to change the description of the unlimited tutoring package whether it is to place restrictions on usage, limiting the subject, sessions, tutors or any other parameters considered "unlimited" without notice.

Academic Quality

etutorhome.com tries to ensure adherence to national and local curriculum and standards, however this is not a guarantee. etutorhome.com tutors are certified to teach or otherwise are experienced in teaching in the country and/or state they reside.

Free Live Tutoring Trial / Free Trial: We encourage the use of our service through free trial. Free trial is only available to first time customers of the etutorhome.com service and cannot be combined with any other offer. Only one free trial may be redeemed per student. You must have internet access to use the free trial offer. Upon registering for your free trial, an etutorhome.com tutor or a customer relationship representative will chat with you and try to help you out with your questions. At the end of the free trial period, wherever applicable the customer may be automatically enrolled in the monthly subscription, unless the customer has notified etutorhome.com that he/she intends to cancel prior to the end of the free trial period.

First session free trial offer

We encourage the use of our service through a first session free trial offer. This is only available to first time customers of the service and cannot be used by existing customers or old customers who have used the service in the past.

Cancellation and Refund

Sessions cancelled 24 hours prior to commencement can avail full refund. Fees for sessions canceled thereafter will not be refunded.

Pricing

etutorhome.com reserves the right to change prices without advance notice and to offer promotions periodically to certain group of customers and thus not available to all customers. Prices will not rise during the current month of subscription or during the duration of a test prep package but can change for subsequent months or test prep packages.
